We are a team of short term rental owners, hosts, and property managers who are ready to share our knowledge and experience with others who aspire to run a successful short term rental business. Our mission is to help aspiring hosts get started in the short term rental business. We also love working with current hosts to improve listings and home setup in order to maximize profits, increase stays, and create systems that help owners scale.
Darisse
Darisse has dedicated herself to helping others conquer the uncertainties and fears associated with venturing into the world of short-term rentals. Darisse’s journey began with a degree in psychology and counseling, a field that equipped her with a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. Her natural affinity for helping people coupled with her background in digital marketing set the stage for her unique approach to guiding aspiring and current short-term rental owners.
As a mom to three, Darisse knows firsthand the juggling act that comes with balancing family responsibilities and entrepreneurial pursuits. Her experiences have equipped her with practical insights on how to manage time, set priorities, and create a thriving short-term rental business without compromising on the the things that matter most.
Darisse is not just a consultant; she’s a hands-on owner herself. Her experience as an owner and superhost stand as testament to her expertise and dedication to the industry. As a short-term rental owner, Darisse has honed her skills in guest experience optimization, property management, and digital marketing strategies tailored for short-term rentals.
Kameron
Kameron’s journey began in the corporate world, where he honed his skills in sales, operations, and strategic planning. He has been an integral part of successful projects and was instrumental in significant growth for multiple companies.
Kameron developed a passion for helping business owners implement systems that allow them to grow and scale through his own business consulting company – KDDN Consulting. As an owner of a short term rental, Kameron recognized the need for consulting in that area. His experience working with business owners translates seamlessly to helping short term rental owners take their business to the next level. Kameron helps aspiring and current short-term rental owners navigate the ins and outs of running a successful business.
Kally
Kally is our expert on owning short term rentals in another country – specifically Mexico. Her expertise is short term rentals in Los Cabos. At a young age, Kally developed a love for the Spanish language which took her all over south and central America during college and young adulthood. She eventually settled for a few years in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. There, she co-founded a property management company – Paradise Villas Cabo – that works primarily with people from the United States who own properties in Cabo.
Kally and her team currently manage just under thirty short term rentals in Cabo. She often helps owners furnish and set up the properties. She is an expert on what makes properties in the area most likely to rent out consistently. Her team also manages every element of the short term rental process for their clients. Kally is a valuable resource for anyone who is considering a short term rental outside of the United States.
Kyla
Kyla has always been a creative and hands-on type of person. While growing up, she was constantly making creative ‘edits’ to her clothing, her own hair, and her bedroom. Over time, she started working on her friends’ and family members’ hair as well. This made a career as a hair stylist a natural transition once she became an adult.
When Kyla became a homeowner, she dove into renovation projects the same way she approached everything else – with confidence and creativity. After selling that first home for a profit, Kyla and her husband Caleb knew real estate was the place for them. They started doing renovations and building spec homes. Then, they found the perfect spot to set up four short-term rentals. Kyla used her creativity to set up four uniquely designed tiny homes. They have a thriving short term rental business and are currently renovating EIGHT more spaces to add to their portfolio!
Kyla loves helping others tap into their creativity to create spaces that guests will love to be.
